DESCRIPTION:Description\n\nCustomer Experience Excellence (CXX) is an interactive workshop for business owners\, managers\, and front line employees to help rethink\, reshape and improve the customer's journey. Benefits of improved customer experience include repeat business\, referral business\, improved profits\, and more.\n\n \n\nWe encourage every business and even nonprofits\, schools and government offices to send at least one person to this workshop. Two or more would be even better! From leaders to the front lines\, everyone will gain important insights and action steps to transform how the business operates.\n\n \n\nAttendees will learn what makes up a great customer experience\, how to map their own customer journeys\, and how to bring fresh thinking into all aspects of the business. We featured a "speed version" of this fun and interactive session workshop at January's Meeting Point business conference\; this is the full workshop. Our presenter will be Greg Zirkle\, Director of Business & Executive Programs at Ball State University's Miller College of Business and a certified CX professional.\n\n \n\nWe believe that if every business raises the bar and puts the customer first in new ways\, then Henry County becomes that much better as a place to live\, work\, visit and prosper.
