DESCRIPTION:The New Castle Henry County Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the 2021 Memorial Day Parade. \n\n\n\nDetails will be announced closer to event date.\n\n\n\nThe Chamber Events Committee will make a determination no later than March 22nd as to whether the parade will be held or if a virtual event will be deemed necessary. Our priority will be the safety of the parade participants\,  volunteers and attendees as it relates to the COVID-19 environment at that time. \n\n\n\nPlease note: For the safety of our spectators and participants\, candy is not to be thrown during the parade. Any group throwing candy will be asked to leave the parade. Unit members may walk and hand out candy. This is a safety issue to protect our children and will be strictly enforced.
