$200 Sponsorship (Chamber member) includes vendor space
$250 Sponsorship (Non-Member) includes vendor space
Vendor and sponsor deadline is November 18, 2021

A Night of fun for all ages, enjoy the sights and sounds
of Christmas in Downtown New Castle!
Vendors of all types are encouraged to participate!

15 X 10 Booth Space- $25.00
$200 Sponsorship (Includes 1 booth space)
There will be a no electricity provided, however, you may use your own generator. Vendors are responsible for their own tent (if desired), tables and chairs. Holes cannot be made in the pavement or concrete. This is an outdoor event, please plan accordingly. For multiple spaces, multiply number of spaces by $25.00. Booths will not be reserved until vendor fees have been paid and will be reserved on a first come basis.
Cancellations with refund will be accepted until 11/18/2021, NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER 11/18/2021
If you are providing food in any form, please call the Health Dept. (765)521-7060 to obtain proper forms and information. Vendors be advised that it is tradition for our local merchants give out free snack items such as Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Cider, Candy, and/or popcorn. Parameters: No drugs or drug paraphernalia, pornographic or adult material, knives, snap pops, silly string, disappearing ink, fireworks allowed. No raffles without prior approval and proper state permits.
