2026 Meet the Candidates Open House

Description

The public is invited to attend a Candidate Forum Open House on Tuesday, April 8, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm., ahead of the May 5 Primary Election.

This event provides an opportunity for community members to meet and speak directly with candidates who are running in the upcoming primary election. All primary election candidates are welcome to attend. Attendees will be able to ask questions at the one on one with the candidates, learn about the issues, and pick up voter information to help them make informed decisions at the polls.

We especially encourage new voters, first-time voters, and high school students who are eligible to vote to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the voting process, understand the importance of civic engagement, and participate in respectful conversation with candidates.

This forum is free and open to the public.
Candidates are asked to please register in advance; attendees do not need to register.

The event is designed to be informative, welcoming, and nonpartisan. Stop by, gather information, and take part in the democratic process.
