Participation in the parade is FREE but all entries MUST be registered to participate. Those entries showing up without having registered will be sent to the Armory to join the parade at the end or may not be allowed to participate depending on space.

The New Castle Henry County Chamber of Commerce 2024 Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade presented by Citizens State Bank.
The Midwest's largest Memorial Day Parade!
9am - Memorial Day Ceremony on east side of Henry County Courthouse
10am - Memorial Day Parade
Sponsorship closes May 1, 2024 for window cling print deadline. Closes May 17 for program print deadline. Sponsorships after May 1st may not be included in the window cling benefit.
Parade entry registration closes May 17, 2024
Memorial Day Parade Sponsor $250- Sponsor receives promotion on Chamber website registration page, social media, program and will be included in sponsor listing on window cling at the corner of Main St. and Broad St. in downtown New Castle.
Parade Special Feature Sponsors $500 - Sponsor makes Dixie the Praying Dog (1 Sold - Grede Casting), stilt walkers, horse troops and other special features possible! Sponsor receives signage to carry in front of sponsored feature entry.
Memorial Day Vendor/Food Truck $25 - Website and social media recognition.
Port-A-John Sponsor $100 (for one)/$450 (for all 5 at event) - How fun! Sponsor a port-a-john! Business logo and snarky signage on one port-a-john door. Website and social media recognition. $450 sponsor would receive company logo on window clings at Broad and Main Streets. $100 will not be on window clings.
MUST reserve sponsorship by May 1st to be included in window clings. Sponsors received after May 1st will not will be included on window clings.
