Description
A Night of fun for all ages, enjoy the sights and sounds
of Christmas in Downtown New Castle!
Visit Santa, Horse Drawn Trolley Rides, Decorated Christmas Trees, Food and Craft Vendors, the Sounds of the Season, and Much More!
Vendor registration is $35 - the deadline is November 21.
Downtown businesses, please register!
There is no registration cost for downtown businesses.
Sponsor registration is $250 - the deadline to guarantee print is November 14.

Sponsors receive one vendor spot.
Sponsors for bounce houses and snowball tents may provide staffing for items by their vendor spot.
Vendors:
There is no electricity available. Please come prepared with battery-operated lights. If using an EZ up/pop-up tent, battery-operated LED lights work well to hang off of the framing.
Generators are permitted; you must check yes on registration.
No weapons or tobacco products may be handed out or sold during this event.
Vendors will be emailed a map, arrival directions, and space number before the event. Please read over the information before arriving and know your space number. This will help the setup process go much more smoothly!
