Downtown Business $0

Christmas Walk Vendor - $35 for a 10 x 15 vendor space. Space must be pre-paid to reserve. Electricity is not included. Please plan to bring battery operated lights for your booth. Generators are allowed please note in your registration. Vendors must provide their own table/s, chair/s and tent –tents must be secured with sandbags or other type of weight (tents are not required.) No weapons or tobacco products may be handed out or sold during this event.
Vendors will be emailed a map, arrival directions, and space number before the event. Please read over the information before arriving and know your space number. This will help the setup process go much more smoothly!
Christmas Walk Kiddie Train Sponsor— $2000  A favorite for the kids! Signage with business logo on train. Your business logo will be on the window clings at Broad and Main Streets in beautiful downtown New Castle, logo also listed on the Chamber social media, event web page, vendor/sponsor registration page and  Chamber E-blast newsletter, extra social media post, Courier Times recognition. Sponsorship includes a vendor booth set up at the train. The sponsor may provide ride volunteers for added exposure.  The train is pending and dependent on sponsorship.
 
Christmas Walk Sponsor—$250 Chamber Members: Sponsors will see their name listed on window clings at Broad and Main Streets in beautiful downtown New Castle, Chamber social media, event web page, vendor/sponsor
registration page and Chamber E-blast newsletter. Sponsorship includes a vendor booth during event. Non-Member $300
 
Christmas Walk Bubble Sponsor—$300 Chamber Members: Bubbles in downtown located at Broad Street.  Sponsors will see their name listed on the window clings at Broad and Main Streets in beautiful downtown New Castle, Chamber social media, event web page, vendor/sponsor registration page and Chamber E-blast Newsletter. Sponsorship includes a vendor booth during event.  Non-Member $350

Christmas Walk Snowball Tent Sponsor—$300 Chamber Members: Kids have snowball fight with fluffy snowballs. Sponsors will see their name listed on the window clings at Broad and Main Streets, Chamber social media, event web page,  vendor/sponsor registration page and Chamber E-blast newsletter. Sponsor signage on snowball tent. Sponsorship includes a vendor booth during event.  Sponsor may staff the feature for extra exposure.

vendor booth during event. 

Christmas Walk Horse-Drawn Wagon Sponsor—$400 Chamber Members: Great business exposure! Sponsor the horse drawn wagon rides. Business logo will be on wagon, window clings at Broad and Main Streets in beautiful downtown New Castle, Chamber social media, event web page, vendor/sponsor registration page and Chamber
E-blast newsletter. Vendor space at wagon ride stop with opportunity to greet guests and assist with rides. Serve up a sweet treat, handout promotional items, and have a great night! Non-Member $450
