Please join us for the October 15 Lunch with the Chamber sponsored by First Merchants Bank.
This lunch is the first of three in a series of mental health panels.
Registration for each date is done separately. Registering for the October 15 lunch does not register you for all three. Panelist details below.

$20 Members / $0 Chamber Partners / $25 Non-Members
Registration closes 4pm Tuesday before the lunch.
Lunch with the Chamber attendees will be asked to pay by credit/debit card at the time of registration.

$50 Table Sponsorships now available! Set up a table to give out information, network and answer questions. Includes 1 seat for lunch, business logo on lunch registration web page and on lunch slide show. Business must supply 6' table.
