Start a new holiday tradition this year by visiting the Magic RainTree in New Castle, Indiana!
We are excited (really really excited) about the Magic RainTree! A beautiful light destination!
The Magic RainTree will be located at the intersection of Highway 3 and Broad Street in New Castle. With the cancelation of the much loved Christmas Walk the Chamber of Commerce wanted to still give to the community, especially this year. That is where the idea of the Magic RainTree came in to be modeled after the Magic Tree in Missouri.
The Magic Tree began in 1995 from originator Will Treelighter (his real name is Randy Fletcher) from Missouri. He created the tree for enjoyment. A sense of excitement and peacefullness. But the tree reflects what you bring to it. Some see a tree covered in lights. Others experience beauty, healing, inspiration, love and magic. We see what we want to see. The world is difficult. We watch the news and see bombings, murder, missing people. The tree brings light and love. If beauty is in the eye of the behold, what are you?
Free to everyone to visit. Practice social distancing if others are visiting tree at the same time.
