Your success is linked directly to your effort, mindset, and personal drive. Top consultants routinely earn 150K+ with company provided, qualified appointments and a proven in-home sales process. Our project consultants directly impact the lives of homeowners in the community by educating and guiding them towards the real, lasting solutions we provide through our guttering, roofing, windows, and doors. Compensation and Benefits: Earning potential is at 100K-250K. We also provide a 401(k) and 401(k) 4% match, health benefits, dental and vision, financial wellness benefits, PTO, and other auxiliary benefits. ?Project consultants are also provided with: Company vehicles In-depth training Consistent and hands on performance coaching Pre-set, confirmed and qualified leads Role Includes: Meeting with homeowners and conducting preliminary home inspections to identify a need in the home. Guiding homeowners through sales appointment and presenting best solutions for their need. Managing and driving personal NSLI and to meet benchmark targets. Daily role-playing and training. Receiving and responding to regular coaching. Qualifications: Prior sales experience is helpful or a plus, but not required. We provide extensive training for coachable, driven individuals. We are looking for robust interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills (verbal and written).Project consultants must love selling ideas and negotiating.
