Christmas Walk Vendor - $35 for a 10 x 15 vendor space. Space must be pre-paid to reserve. Electricity is not included. Please plan to bring battery operated lights for your booth. Generators are allowed please note in your registration. Vendors must provide their own table/s, chair/s and tent ?tents must be secured with sandbags or other type of weight (tents are not required.) No weapons or tobacco products may be handed out or sold during this event.
Vendors will be emailed a map, arrival directions, and space number before the event. Please read over the information before arriving and know your space number. This will help the setup process go much more smoothly!
Christmas Walk Kiddie Train Sponsor? $2000 A favorite for the kids! Signage with business logo on train. Your business logo will be on the window clings at Broad and Main Streets in beautiful downtown New Castle, logo also listed on the Chamber social media, event web page, vendor/sponsor registration page and Chamber E-blast newsletter, extra social media post, and Courier Times recognition. Sponsorship includes a vendor booth set up at the train. The sponsor may provide ride volunteers for added exposure. The train is pending and dependent on sponsorship.
Christmas Walk Sponsor?$250 Chamber Members: Sponsors will see their name listed on window clings at Broad and Main Streets in beautiful downtown New Castle, Chamber social media, event web page, vendor/sponsor

Christmas Walk Snowball Tent Sponsor?$300 Chamber Members: Kids have snowball fight with fluffy snowballs. Sponsor signage on snowball tent. Sponsorship includes a vendor booth during event. Sponsor may staff the feature for extra exposure.

Chamber Christmas Walk & City Tree Lighting Celebration
The New Castle?Henry County Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with the City of New Castle to celebrate the lighting of the community Christmas tree at 1400 Plaza, alongside our beloved Chamber Christmas Walk.
Step into the wonder of the season at the Chamber Christmas Walk, presented by Citizens State Bank a cherished community tradition that transforms downtown New Castle into a festive winter wonderland for one unforgettable evening.
Stroll through the twinkling streets of downtown and take in the sights, sounds, and spirit of Christmas as local shops, businesses, and community organizations come together to celebrate the season. From holiday décor and cheerful storefronts to special activities and seasonal surprises, this event captures the magic of Christmas in the heart of our community.
The evening?s festivities will also include the official City of New Castle Christmas tree lighting at 1400 Plaza, bringing neighbors, families, and friends together to kick off the holiday season in a joyful and meaningful way.

The Christmas Walk spans up Broad Street from 11th Street to 15th Street, up 14th Street, and along Main Street to Central, creating a festive path filled with holiday lights, decorations, and joyful activities. Enjoy horse-drawn trolley rides, visits with Santa, beautiful holiday lights and decorations, festive music at the plaza and at Broad and Main, delicious food, and unique craft vendors offering the perfect gifts for everyone on your list.
